Frequently Asked Questions

What materials can I heat using Induction?
As long as it is a electrical conductor then it is possible to use Induction. The material can be magnetic or non-magnetic, as long as it is an electrical conductor.
What are its limitations?
Complex shapes may prove difficult.
How much does it cost to run?
The energy consumed dependent upon the size of the component to be heated. Included in this cost is the cooling system which usually runs continually. The Induction Heater has a standby consumption approximately 20 watts 0.02 Kw. During heating the consumption is dependent on settings and time of cycle.
